Writing Goals for Sophomore Year

    The goals for next year are to improve my grammar, think about my writing, explaining the topic better, expanding on my vocabulary, and read over my writing to make it perfect. My grammar continues to struggle because my subject-verb agreement and my adjectives are incorrect. My vocabulary is not as well as I want it to be, but I will improve this goal throughout the summer. By accomplishing my goals in writing, I will do Vocabulary. Com and look on the Internet to explain subject-verb agreement, so I can practice daily.
     I write great when I can write my feelings, but don't think deeper into writings that contain a certain topic. I have trouble thinking deeper into the topic and explaining the topic better to the audience. After I improve those aspects of my writing, I need to improve reading the paper I've written multiple times and make sure my subject and verb agrees with each other. By accomplishing these goals as a writer, I will read writings this summer that has mistakes and changed them. I will also do research deeper on a topic that I love.
